Product orders
This Web site only fulfils orders for the UK and Europe. To find out how to purchase products for other countries ring Hay House Publishers on 020 8962 1230.

For orders in the UK, your order will be shipped by first class post and will be charged at £2.80 postage and packaging. For orders of 2 or more products, postage and packaging will be free.

For orders in Europe, your order will be sent by Airmail to Europe and will be charged at £3.95 postage and packaging for the first item and a further £1.00 for each additional item.

Please allow 10-15 working days to receive your order. If you would like to check the status of your order please contact Customer Care or ring 01476 541080. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Ticket orders
You can purchase tickets for any of our events from anywhere in the world, but our Web site only allows for ticket purchases from the UK and Europe. If you would like to purchase a ticket for an event from outside the UK and Europe, please ring the Hay House UK office on 020 8962 1230. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Tickets will be sent out by first class post approximately 6-8 weeks before the event. There are no postage and packaging charges for ticket sales.

If you have not received your tickets two weeks before the event, please contact our office on 020 8962 1230 with your order number and we will arrange for tickets to be available for you on the door.
